Who we are

This website is run by Confident Mind Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 15725901). Our registered office is C/O N R Sharland & Co, Oxford Point, 19 Oxford Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH8 8GS. We are the controller of the personal information you share through it. You can contact us at contact@confidentmind.co.uk.

What we collect and why

• Enquiries. When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message. We use these only to reply to you.
• Waiting lists. When you join a waiting list we receive your name, email address, the course you are interested in and, if you choose to give it, your phone number. We use these to tell you when booking opens for that course.
• Bookings and payments. Payments are taken by Stripe on its own secure checkout page. We receive confirmation of your booking and the details needed to provide the course, but we never see or store your card details.

Our legal basis

We reply to enquiries and manage waiting lists on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or your consent where you ask to be told about new dates. We process booking details to provide the course you have paid for.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to host this website, handle our forms and email, and take payments. They process information only on our instructions. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and waiting-list details, including any related emails, for up to 24 months, unless you ask us to remove them sooner. You can ask at any time by emailing contact@confidentmind.co.uk. We keep booking records for as long as required for accounting.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing contact@confidentmind.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
