Philosophy

A preventive approach to mental health

Much of modern mental health care focuses on treating symptoms once they appear. Fernanda's work explores how awareness, emotional regulation and psychological understanding can help prevent long-term emotional distress.

Through education, research and professional training, her goal is to contribute to a broader culture where mental health is understood not only as treatment, but also as prevention.
